As Founder and CEO of the firm, Dev personally focusses on  life sciences, Indian business houses and human resources streams, Dev works very closely with boards, promoters and CEOs of growth bound organizations to advise them on their leadership team compositions in accordance with their business strategy, culture and long-range plans.

In a career spanning twenty years across pharmaceuticals, steel, oil & gas, power, infrastructure etc; he has worked extensively with promoters, investors, and professional CEOs both as an external consultant and advisor for attracting top talent as well as the head of talent acquisition and head of human resources of growth focussed organizations.

Dev has been part of more than 400 Indian and Global CXO searches. He has led leadership acquisition for Essar group and Glenmark Pharmaceuticals globally. Previously in his career, Dev set up Talent Q India – where he consulted with organizations in the area of leadership assessment, use of organization psychology and behavioural economics to shape top talents for businesses. Talent Q was acquired by Hay Group in 2015 and subsequently by Korn Ferry.

Dev holds a reputation for having a terrific nose for people. A passionate talent scout - he enjoys solving searches that are complex as well as high impact. Clients usually engage with him for his two-pronged value addition on searches – unmatched & in-depth network plus research and his unique assessment of people.

A multipotentialite, for the last few years, he has used his free time to travel and write an offline travelogue that is focussed on exploring the fifty-two shakti-peeths (Indian Mythology) in Southeast Asia.
